Along the road to adulthood there are many turning point moments, but the biggest one, without a doubt, is the day you move away from home. For Karyn Williams, that day finally came when she answered the call of her heart to move to Nashville, Tennessee—hundreds of miles from her childhood home in Orlando, Florida.
She wasn’t exactly a kid anymore and hadn’t lived with Dad and Mom for some years, but in so many ways this move was harder than leaving for college had been. Leaving the parental home had been tough enough—but the idea of moving so far away was definitely tearing her heart in two.
